Sticky Lemonade Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
  • 1 cup lemonade 
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sweet red chile sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together lemonade, soy sauce, vinegar, chile sauce, honey, and cornstarch in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  3. Stir in shrimp; toss. Serve over rice.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

  1. Cook rice according to package directions.
  2. Cook broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
