Sticky Lemonade Shrimp

Ingredients
- 2 (14-oz) pkg frozen popcorn shrimp
- 1 cup lemonade
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp sweet red chile sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
Instructions
- Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, whisk together lemonade, soy sauce, vinegar, chile sauce, honey, and cornstarch in a large skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat, and simmer 2 to 3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
- Stir in shrimp; toss. Serve over rice.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets

- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
