Garlic-Parsley Sautéed Shrimp
Sautéed Zoodles and Easy Caesar Salad

Ingredients
- 1 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 minutes per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in butter, garlic, and parsley; cook 2 minutes or until garlic is fragrant and butter melts. Serve over Sautéed Zoodles recipe.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg zucchini noodles
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (9-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup Caesar dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook zucchini in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 2 to 3 minutes or just until thoroughly heated.
- Toss together lettuce, cheese, and dressing in a bowl.
