Ingredients
- ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- ½ to 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (see Note)
- 1 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 per side or until shrimp turn pink.
- Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onions.
