Ingredients

  • ½ lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • ½ to 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (see Note)
  • 1 Tbsp thinly sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a skillet over medium-high heat 2 to 3 per side or until shrimp turn pink.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together mayonnaise, chili sauce, garlic, and desired amount of Sriracha. Drizzle over shrimp; sprinkle with onions.

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower according to package directions. Stir in oil, salt, and pepper.
