Unstuffed Apple Pork Chops Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 (6-oz) pkg cornbread stuffing mix
  • ½ cup sweetened dried cranberries
  • 6 (6-oz) boneless pork loin chops
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; stir in cranberries.
  2. Meanwhile, season pork lightly with salt and pepper, if desired. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add pork, in batches if necessary, and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until browned.
  3. Add wine to skillet. Arrange apple and onion slices around pork. Sprinkle with stuffing mix. Cook, uncovered, 6 to 8 minutes or until pork is done.
