Sparkling Pomegranate Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
  • 1 (12-oz) bottle simple syrup
  • 1½ cups club soda
  • Garnish: fresh mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine water, juices, and simple syrup in a large pitcher; stir and chill.
  2. Fill 6 glasses half full with ice. Divide lemonade among glasses; top with club soda. Garnish, if desired.
