Blackened Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp blackened seasoning
- 6 (4-oz) salmon fillets
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 English cucumber, sliced
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing
- 1 (2.8-oz) container French fried onions
Instructions
- Rub seasoning all over fish. Cook fillets in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Toss together lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, and avocado in a large bowl. Drizzle with desired amount of dressing; sprinkle with French fried onions. Top each salad with a fillet.
