Buffalo Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp crumbled blue cheese
- 4 soft taco-size flour tortillas
- ⅓ cup shredded romaine lettuce
- ⅓ cup shredded carrots
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Toss together chicken and buffalo sauce. Heat in microwave or a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
- Stir together mayonnaise and cheese, thinning with water, if needed, to reach a pourable consistency.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions. Divide chicken mixture, lettuce, carrots, and cilantro among tortillas. Drizzle with blue cheese sauce.
