  • ½ cup quinoa
  • ¼ cup dried cherries (or use cranberries)
  • 2 cups less-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 (4.4-oz) pkg pomegranate arils (seeds)
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions; stir in cherries.
  2. Divide yogurt among 4 bowls. Top with quinoa, nuts, pomegranate, and honey.
