Cherry-Pomegranate Quinoa Bowls

Ingredients
- ½ cup quinoa
- ¼ cup dried cherries (or use cranberries)
- 2 cups less-sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup sliced almonds
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg pomegranate arils (seeds)
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Cook quinoa according to package directions; stir in cherries.
- Divide yogurt among 4 bowls. Top with quinoa, nuts, pomegranate, and honey.
