Garlic-Sesame Broccoli and Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lb skirt steak
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Combine oil, curry powder, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Rub mixture all over steak. Place on a roasting rack in a pan.
- Broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots with tops, halved lengthwise
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender and browned, stirring once during last 5 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
