Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 lb skirt steak

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler. Combine oil, curry powder, salt, pepper, and garlic in a small bowl. Rub mixture all over steak. Place on a roasting rack in a pan.
  2. Broil 4 to 5 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg baby carrots with tops, halved lengthwise
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
  2. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender and browned, stirring once during last 5 minutes of cooking. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
