Ingredients

  • 12 slices center cut bacon, cut in half
  • 6 ciabatta rolls
  • ¾ cup chive and onion-flavored cream cheese
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 romaine lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes or until crisp.
  2. Cut rolls in half, and place, cut sides up, on a baking sheet. Bake 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Spread cream cheese on rolls. Top with bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.

  • 1½ (20-oz) pkg frozen sweet potato fries
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Bake fries according to package directions. Sprinkle with parsley.
