Ingredients
- 2 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken in a greased large baking dish; season generously with salt and pepper, if desired. Drizzle with dressing.
- Bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake 5 to 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done and cheese is melted.

- 1 (2-lb) pkg snipped green beans
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook green beans according to package directions in microwave. Meanwhile, combine basil, shallot, lemon juice, and oil in a large bowl.
- Add hot cooked green beans and tomatoes to bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
