Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
  • ½ cup plus 2 Tbsp butter
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 (6-oz) pkg savory herbs stuffing mix
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 (12-oz) jars classic chicken gravy, heated
  • 1 (14-oz) can whole-berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Sauté onion in 2 Tbsp butter in a large saucepan over medium-high heat 2 minutes. Add 3 cups water and ½ cup butter; bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix; cover, remove from heat, and let stand 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, heat chicken in a microwave-safe bowl at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Fluff stuffing with a fork. Stir in chicken. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  4. Scoop chicken and stuffing onto each plate. Drizzle with gravy. Serve cranberry sauce on the side.

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup frozen baby lima beans
  • 2 Tbsp butter

  1. Cook vegetables according to package directions. Toss with butter. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
