Chocolate-Caramel-Covered Banana Goblins

Ingredients

  • 6 bananas, peeled
  • 12 natural wood craft sticks
  • 1 (12-oz) jar salted caramel topping
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg miniature chocolate chips
  • ½ (0.88-oz) pkg small candy eyeballs

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut bananas in half crosswise, and insert a craft stick into each piece. Place on baking sheet. Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Spread caramel topping on each banana half. Roll bananas in chocolate chips. Place two candy eyes on each banana. Freeze bananas until coating is firm. Serve frozen.
