Chocolate-Caramel-Covered Banana Goblins
Ingredients
- 6 bananas, peeled
- 12 natural wood craft sticks
- 1 (12-oz) jar salted caramel topping
- 1 (12-oz) pkg miniature chocolate chips
- ½ (0.88-oz) pkg small candy eyeballs
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut bananas in half crosswise, and insert a craft stick into each piece. Place on baking sheet. Freeze 3 to 4 hours or until firm.
- Spread caramel topping on each banana half. Roll bananas in chocolate chips. Place two candy eyes on each banana. Freeze bananas until coating is firm. Serve frozen.
