Oatmeal Creme Pies
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¼ cup shortening
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 (14-oz) pkg oatmeal cookies
Instructions
- Beat butter and shortening with an electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment or using a hand mixer on high 1 minute or until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth. Add cream and vanilla. For each sandwich cookie, spread 1½ Tbsp prepared creme filling between 2 cookies.
