Ingredients

  • 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together ravioli, marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, and broth in a large bowl; spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella.
  3. Cover, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped Romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together lettuce and dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until golden.
  3. Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with crispy breadcrumbs.
