Easy Cheesy Ravioli Bake
Caesar Salad with Crispy Breadcrumbs

Ingredients
- 1 (25-oz) pkg frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together ravioli, marinara sauce, 1 cup mozzarella, and broth in a large bowl; spoon into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup mozzarella.
- Cover, and bake 30 minutes. Uncover, and bake 10 minutes longer or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

- 2 (10-oz) pkg chopped Romaine lettuce
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together lettuce and dressing in a large bowl.
- Cook breadcrumbs in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring until golden.
- Divide salad among 6 plates; sprinkle with crispy breadcrumbs.
