Ingredients
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 (14.5-oz) can fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
- 12 oz spaghetti
Instructions
- Arrange chicken in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Top with tomatoes, onion, and broth.
- Sprinkle cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper over broth. Cover and cook on LOW 6 hours.
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Serve chicken mixture over pasta.
