Ingredients
- 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
- 1½ tsp garlic powder, divided
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup cold water
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp grated ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork on a baking sheet; sprinkle with ½ tsp garlic powder and salt. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Meanwhile, combine sugar, water, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and 1 tsp garlic powder in a small saucepan; cook over medium heat 4 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat, and stir in ginger. Serve sauce with pork.

- ½ tsp crushed red pepper
- 3 (3.5-oz) pouches boil-in-bag brown rice

Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together broccoli, oil, garlic, salt, and red pepper on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer. Roast 15 minutes or until browned and tender, stirring halfway through.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package directions.
