Ingredients

  • 2 (9-oz) pkg cheese ravioli
  • 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 3 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (15-oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms and shallots in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 8 minutes or until tender. Stir in sauce and spinach; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  3. Stir in ravioli, tossing to coat in sauce. Sprinkle with thyme.
