Shrimp and Caesar Salad Naan Pizzas

Ingredients
- 2 (8.8-oz) pkg whole-grain naan
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, halved
- 1½ cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1½ lb peeled and deveined, large wild-caught raw shrimp
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- 1 pint organic grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 (7.5-oz) pkg Caesar salad kit with Greek yogurt dressing
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Brush tops of naan with oil. Bake on a lightly greased large baking sheet 6 to 8 minutes or until browned.
- Remove naan from oven; rub with cut sides of garlic. Top with cheese and shrimp; sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and shrimp turn pink.
- Meanwhile, toss together tomatoes and all salad kit ingredients except croutons. Reserve croutons for another use.
- Divide salad among naan; cut pizzas into wedges, and sprinkle with pepper.
