Carrot Sticks
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup natural peanut butter
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
- 2 Tbsp dried sweetened cranberries (or use raisins)
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened flaked coconut
- 2 bananas, sliced
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on tortillas. Top with cranberries, coconut, and bananas.
- Roll up; cut into pinwheels.
