Cheeseburger Wraps

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • ½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until brown and crumbly. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread mayonnaise down center of each tortilla; top with lettuce, tomato slices, beef, and cheese. Roll up burrito-style to serve.

  1. Serve fruit alongside wraps.
