Cheeseburger Wraps
Fruit SaladIngredients
- ¾ lb lean ground beef
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
- 4 Tbsp reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- ½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until brown and crumbly. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire, mustard, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise down center of each tortilla; top with lettuce, tomato slices, beef, and cheese. Roll up burrito-style to serve.
