Nutty Pumpkin Mocha

Ingredients
- 1½ cups unsweetened almond milk
- ⅓ cup pure pumpkin
- 2 oz semisweet chocolate bar, chopped
- 1 to 1½ Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup hot, strong-brewed hazelnut-flavored coffee
Instructions
- Bring milk, pumpkin, chocolate, and sugar to a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally; reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, divide coffee among 3 mugs.
- Transfer milk mixture to a blender with center of lid removed so heat can escape; blend on high 30 seconds or until frothy. Pour milk mixture over coffee.
