Ingredients

  • 2 mesquite barbecue pork tenderloins (about 2¼ lb)
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Season pork with pepper. Wrap bacon slices around pork, securing with wooden picks.
  2. Grill pork, covered, over medium heat 12 minutes per side or until bacon is cooked and a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 145°F. Cover loosely, and let stand 5 minutes.
  3. Remove wooden picks, and slice pork to serve.

  • 1½ (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle bacon slaw dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together coleslaw and dressing in a large bowl; chill until ready to serve. Store any leftover slaw in refrigerator for another meal.
