Tilapia with Pecan Browned Butter

Ingredients
- 6 tilapia fillets, patted dry
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup butter
Instructions
- Season fish with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook fish in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork. Remove fish from skillet, and keep warm. Wipe skillet clean.
- Add nuts and butter to skillet; cook over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes or until butter is browned and nuts are toasted, stirring constantly. Spoon over fish.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp butter
