French Baguette and Dipping OilIngredients
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 3 Tbsp fig preserves
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spring mix
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 cup seedless red grapes
- 1 (8-oz) round Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 25 multigrain artisan crackers, broken
Instructions
- Whisk together vinaigrette, preserves, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Combine greens, apples, grapes, both cheeses, and nuts in a large bowl. Add vinaigrette; toss. Sprinkle with crackers.

- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Wrap bread in foil. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
- Combine oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl; serve with warm bread for dipping.
