Ingredients

- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ (8-oz) block sharp Cheddar cheese
- 8 large romaine lettuce leaves
- ¾ lb low-sodium deli-sliced roast beef
- 1 avocado, diced
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, basil, and lemon juice in a small bowl. Cut cheese into 8 pieces.
