Cheesy Chicken Roll-Ups with Marinara Dipping Sauce
Roasted Lemon Broccoli
Ingredients
- ½ lb chicken tenderloins
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 (4-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 cup marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until done; cool slightly.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place chicken on wide ends of triangles.
- Stir together mayonnaise and Parmesan in a bowl until blended; spread over chicken. Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp mozzarella.
- Roll up dough, enclosing cheesy filling; place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle rolls with seasoning and remaining mozzarella.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Warm marinara sauce, if desired, and serve with crescents for dipping.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp lemon zest
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss broccoli, oil, and garlic salt on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes or until crisp-tender and lightly browned on edges. Toss with lemon zest.
