Barbecue Chip Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup barbecue sauce, divided
  • 1 cup crushed kettle-cooked barbecue flavored potato chips
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place ¼ cup barbecue sauce in a shallow bowl. Stir together chips and cheese in a second shallow bowl.
  2. Dip chicken in sauce; dredge in potato chip mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  3. Place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Let stand 20 minutes to set crust.
  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is browned and done. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.

  • 1 (20-oz) carton refrigerated macaroni and cheese
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
