Barbecue Chip Chicken Tenders
Macaroni and Cheese and Broccoli
Ingredients
- ¾ cup barbecue sauce, divided
- 1 cup crushed kettle-cooked barbecue flavored potato chips
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place ¼ cup barbecue sauce in a shallow bowl. Stir together chips and cheese in a second shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in sauce; dredge in potato chip mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Let stand 20 minutes to set crust.
- Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is browned and done. Serve with remaining barbecue sauce for dipping.

- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
