Raspberry-Mango Smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 orange
- 3 cup frozen mango chunks
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1½ cup less sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1½ cups 1% low fat milk
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 1 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from orange. Process orange juice, zest, frozen fruit, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
