Ingredients

  • 1 orange
  • 3 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 1½ cup less sugar vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1½ cups 1% low fat milk
  • 2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Grate zest and squeeze juice from orange. Process orange juice, zest, frozen fruit, and remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
