Pizza Casserole
Ranch SaladIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced baby portobello mushrooms
- 1 (8-oz) pkg chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce
- 1 (6-oz) pkg pepperoni, divided
- 2 (5-oz) pkg large cut garlic croutons
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes. Stir in marinara sauce and half of pepperoni. Cook 1 minute.
- Spread croutons in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Pour pepperoni mixture over croutons. Sprinkle with cheese; top with remaining pepperoni.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until bubbly and cheese is melted.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 (12-oz) pkg classic iceberg salad
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together salad and dressing; chill until ready to serve.
