Garlic-Rosemary Pork Chops

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 4 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 6 (6-oz) boneless center cut pork chops
Instructions
- Add oil, rosemary, garlic, and salt to a gallon-size zip-top plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag, and turn to coat chops well with marinade.
- Preheat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat. Remove chops from bag; discard marinade. Season chops with pepper, if desired.
- Grill chops, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg trimmed green beans
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic powder, and salt on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 8 minutes or until beans are browned. Sprinkle with cheese; toss.
