Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 6 (6-oz) boneless center cut pork chops

Instructions

  1. Add oil, rosemary, garlic, and salt to a gallon-size zip-top plastic bag; add pork chops. Seal bag, and turn to coat chops well with marinade.
  2. Preheat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet to medium-high heat. Remove chops from bag; discard marinade. Season chops with pepper, if desired.
  3. Grill chops, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion reads 145°F. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg trimmed green beans
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Toss together green beans, oil, garlic powder, and salt on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 8 minutes or until beans are browned. Sprinkle with cheese; toss.
