Pepperoni Pizza Cake
Easy Italian SaladIngredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- 1 (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
- 1½ cups milk
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
- Add pepperoni, cheeses, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring until blended.
- Spoon mixture into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter and cut into wedges.
- Heat pizza sauce according to package directions; serve with Pizza Cake for dipping.

- ½ (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
- ¼ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
