Pepperoni Pizza Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg miniature pepperoni
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded white Cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 (14-oz) jar pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add pepperoni, cheeses, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper, stirring until blended.
  3. Spoon mixture into a well-greased 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until browned and bubbly. Let cool in pan 15 minutes. Invert onto a serving platter and cut into wedges.
  4. Heat pizza sauce according to package directions; serve with Pizza Cake for dipping.

  • 1 (18-oz) pkg premium romaine salad
  • ½ (5-oz) pkg seasoned croutons
  • ¼ cup Italian dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl just before serving.
