Banana-Oat Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, peeled and sliced into 1-inch chunks
- ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
- ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk, chilled
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 tsp agave nectar
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Place bananas in an airtight container; freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Process banana, oats, yogurt, almond milk, juice, and agave in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Stir in cinnamon. Pour mixture into 2 glasses.
