Banana-Oat Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas, peeled and sliced into 1-inch chunks
  • ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • ⅓ cup unsweetened almond milk, chilled
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place bananas in an airtight container; freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.
  2. Process banana, oats, yogurt, almond milk, juice, and agave in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed. Stir in cinnamon. Pour mixture into 2 glasses.
