Cheesy Broccoli Frittata

Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 Tbsp olive oil
 - 12 large eggs, lightly beaten
 - ½ cup whole milk
 - ½ cup chopped roasted red pepper
 - ¼ tsp salt
 - ¼ tsp crushed red pepper
 - 1½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
 - Meanwhile, cook garlic in hot oil in an ovenproof skillet until fragrant. Stir broccoli into garlic in skillet.
 - Whisk together eggs, milk, roasted pepper, salt, and crushed red pepper in a large bowl. Gradually pour over broccoli in skillet. Sprinkle with cheese.
 - Transfer skillet to oven, and bake 20 minutes or until set and beginning to brown.
