Ingredients

  • 1 (2-lb) salmon fillet
  • 3 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp jarred minced garlic
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.  Place fillet on a greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper, if desired. Crimp foil tightly around fillet to collect juices while baking.
  2. Stir together melted butter and garlic; spoon over fillet. Sprinkle fillet with brown sugar and smoked paprika.
  3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or just until fish flakes with a fork, basting once or twice.

  • 2 (8.8-oz) pouches microwavable brown rice
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Heat rice and cook green beans according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
