Parmesan-Mushroom Ravioli
Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp dried sage
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
Instructions
- Cook ravioli according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add broth, cream, sage, and garlic powder. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese; cook, stirring, until cheese melts. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Stir in ravioli and mushrooms or serve mushroom mixture over ravioli.
