Parmesan-Mushroom Ravioli

Ingredients

  • 8 oz frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp dried sage
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Reduce heat to medium. Add broth, cream, sage, and garlic powder. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cheese; cook, stirring, until cheese melts. Gradually stir in spinach until wilted. Stir in ravioli and mushrooms or serve mushroom mixture over ravioli.
