Smothered Chicken-Chile Burritos

Ingredients
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 4 oz ⅓-less-fat cream cheese
- 1 (7-oz) can diced mild green chiles
- 1 (10-oz) pkg spinach
- 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 3 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Cook chicken, cream cheese, and chiles in a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring to combine. Add spinach, stirring until wilted.
- Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Fold in sides of tortillas; roll up to completely enclose filling.
- Place burritos in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top with salsa verde and cheese. Broil 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Sprinkle with onions.
