Caramel Peanut Butter Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp caramel syrup, divided
  • 3 Tbsp chopped dry roasted peanuts, divided
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat milk
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 4 cups vanilla low-fat frozen yogurt

Instructions

  1. Pour 1½ Tbsp caramel syrup on a small plate in a circular pattern. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp nuts on another small plate in a circular patter. Dip rim of 2 sundae glasses in caramel syrup; dip rims in nuts to coat.
  2. Drizzle ¾ tsp caramel syrup around inside of each prepared glass.
  3. Process milk, peanut butter, and 2 Tbsp caramel in a blender until smooth. Add frozen yogurt, and process until just blended.
  4. Pour milkshake into 2 glasses. Garnish with remaining 1 Tbsp nuts.
