Pasta Skillet Dinner
Roasted Green BeansIngredients
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (16-oz) pkg sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 (24-oz) jar pasta sauce
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 (19-oz) pkg frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Cook chicken in hot oil in a large, deep skillet over medium heat 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and onion, and cook 6 minutes or until browned and tender.
- Add pasta sauce, broth, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt to mushrooms in skillet; stir in tortellini. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg frozen green beans
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together all ingredients on a large rimmed baking sheet; spread in a single layer.
- Roast 12 to 15 minutes or until beans are tender and browned.
