Chicken Sausage and Bell Pepper Hash
Ingredients
- 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked chicken-apple sausage links, sliced
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ (20-oz) pkg refrigerated diced potatoes
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Cook sausage in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
- Cook potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and thyme in skillet 10 to 12 minutes or until browned. Add sausage; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
