Chicken Sausage and Bell Pepper Hash

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg fully cooked chicken-apple sausage links, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (20-oz) pkg refrigerated diced potatoes
  • ½ cup chopped onion
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet, and keep warm.
  2. Cook potatoes, onion, bell pepper, and thyme in skillet 10 to 12 minutes or until browned. Add sausage; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
