Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, basil, seasoning, garlic salt, and beaten egg until blended. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a large skillet; add marinara sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

  • ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and return to pot. Add butter, cheese, and pepper; toss.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
