Double-Cheese Baked Meatballs

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1½ tsp garlic salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 (24-oz) jars marinara sauce
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together beef, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, basil, seasoning, garlic salt, and beaten egg until blended. Shape mixture into 2-inch balls; place on a greased wire rack on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes. Transfer meatballs to a large skillet; add marinara sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella and bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- ½ (16-oz) pkg spaghetti
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 (8-oz) pkg thin green beans
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, and return to pot. Add butter, cheese, and pepper; toss.
- Steam green beans according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
