Ingredients

  • 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
  • 1 (23-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg turkey pepperoni
  • 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on a large greased rimmed baking sheet. Spread 1 cup marinara sauce on one side of tortillas. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Fold tortillas over filling; brush tortillas with oil.
  2. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are lightly browned. Serve with remaining marinara sauce.

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic croutons
  • ½ cup Italian dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
