Pizza Quesadillas
Italian SaladIngredients
- 6 burrito-size flour tortillas
- 1 (23-oz) jar marinara sauce, divided
- 1 (5-oz) pkg turkey pepperoni
- 1 (8-oz) block mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tortillas on a large greased rimmed baking sheet. Spread 1 cup marinara sauce on one side of tortillas. Top with pepperoni and cheese. Fold tortillas over filling; brush tortillas with oil.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are lightly browned. Serve with remaining marinara sauce.

- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 (5-oz) pkg garlic croutons
- ½ cup Italian dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients in a bowl just before serving.
