Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 (8-oz) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (24-oz) jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Season chicken with salt and pepper, if desired. Cook, in batches, in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes per side or until done; cool slightly.
  2. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place chicken on wide ends of triangles.
  3. Stir together mayonnaise and Parmesan in a bowl until blended; spread over chicken. Sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp mozzarella.
  4. Roll up dough, enclosing cheesy filling; place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle rolls with seasoning and remaining mozzarella.
  5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Warm marinara sauce, if desired, and serve with crescents for dipping.

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss broccoli, oil, and garlic salt on a rimmed baking sheet.
  2. Bake 20 minutes or until crisp-tender and lightly browned on edges. Toss with lemon zest.
