Ingredients
- 1½ lb ground pork
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 (15-oz) cans great Northern beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (16-oz) jar green salsa
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
Instructions
- Cook pork and onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until pork is browned and crumbly; drain.
- Place pork mixture in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker; stir in beans, salsa, broth, and cumin. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours.
- Stir in cilantro, and serve with sour cream.

- 1 (7-oz) pkg cornbread mix
Side Dish Instructions
- Bake cornbread according to package directions.
