Chicken, Bacon, and Pesto Pizza
Fruit SaladIngredients
- 10 slices bacon, chopped
- 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 (15-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
- ½ cup basil pesto
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
- Cook chicken in hot drippings in skillet over medium-high heat until done, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, press dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread pesto over dough; top with mozzarella, chicken, and bacon.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

- 1 (10-oz) container pineapple chunks
- ¼ lb seedless red grapes
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped

- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
