Chicken, Bacon, and Pesto Pizza

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 (15-oz) pkg already-rolled-out bakery pizza dough
  • ½ cup basil pesto
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp drippings in skillet.
  2. Cook chicken in hot drippings in skillet over medium-high heat until done, stirring occasionally.
  3. Meanwhile, press dough onto a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread pesto over dough; top with mozzarella, chicken, and bacon.
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned. Sprinkle with Parmesan.

  • 1 (10-oz) container pineapple chunks
  • ¼ lb seedless red grapes
  • 1 Honeycrisp apple, chopped

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; chill until ready to serve.
