Garlic Sauce Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) center cut pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp butter, divided
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1½ tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat 1 Tbsp butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove pork from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt 1 Tbsp butter in same skillet over medium heat; Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add cream and seasoning; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce on pork.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Steam green beans according to package directions until crisp-tender. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts.
