Berry-Avocado Smoothies
Ingredients
- 2 avocados, halved
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen mixed berries
- 1 (13.5-oz) can unsweetened coconut milk
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- Stevia
Instructions
- Process avocados, berries, coconut milk, lemon juice, and desired amount of stevia in a blender, scraping sides as needed.
- Stir in enough water to reach desired consistency. Pour into glasses.
