Garlic Sauce Pork Chops
Toasted Walnut Green BeansIngredients
- 2 (6-oz) center cut pork chops
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp butter, divided
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess.
- Melt ½ Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove pork from skillet; keep warm.
- Melt ½ Tbsp butter in same skillet over medium heat; Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add cream and seasoning; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce on pork.

- ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
- Steam green beans according to package directions until crisp-tender. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts.
