Garlic Sauce Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 (6-oz) center cut pork chops
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1½ Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 Tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Dredge pork in flour, shaking off excess.
  2. Melt ½ Tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook pork 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned and done. Remove pork from skillet; keep warm.
  3. Melt ½ Tbsp butter in same skillet over medium heat; Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add cream and seasoning; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon sauce on pork.

  • 2 Tbsp chopped walnuts
  • ½ (12-oz) pkg green beans
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toast nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
  2. Steam green beans according to package directions until crisp-tender. Toss with oil, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with nuts.
