Barbecue Chicken Tostadas
Tricolor SlawIngredients
- 4 (0.63-oz) tostada shells
- 1½ cups diced rotisserie chicken
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- ¾ cup shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, diced
- ½ cup refrigerated salsa
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place tostada shells on a baking sheet.
- Combine chicken and barbecue sauce; divide among among tostada shells, and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until throughly heated and cheese melts.
- Top tostadas with avocado, salsa, sour cream, and onions.

- ¼ cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp celery salt
- 3 cups tricolor coleslaw
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, and celery salt in a bowl. Add slaw; toss.
