Ingredients

  • 1 lb London broil or flank steak
  • ½ Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ½ (8-oz) carton sour cream
  • 1½ Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ Tbsp minced garlic
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub steak with seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
  2. Stir together sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper; serve with steak.

  2. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until green beans are browned and tender, stirring after 8 minutes.
